About

I am a London based painter and printmaker whose practice centres on movement, energy, and storytelling through visual form. Each piece begins with a drawing, a spontaneous response that captures the immediacy and rhythm I aim to convey. These initial marks often evolve into screenprinted monotypes, where I experiment with colour overlays and layered transparencies, maintaining a sense of fluid, organic mark-making throughout.

From these works on paper, I develop larger paintings in the studio, allowing the movement to inform the next stage of making. My current series is focuses on boxing, using its physicality as a lens to explore themes of personal health, culture and memory.

Boxing becomes both metaphor and narrative, a framework through which I document shifts in time, place, and identity. My work seeks to articulate what words cannot, offering a visual language that captures the intimacy of lived experience.
